PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a radio base station device, and a control method of the radio communication system which have enhanced reliability and load distribution performance.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises a base station device and a plurality of radio communication terminal devices. A base station device 1 comprises: an area setting unit 231 which sets a part of areas of resources to be used for communication with radio communication terminal devices as search areas; a plurality of selection units 232 which select a resource that is included in the search areas and also belongs to a group assigned by a scheduler unit of the base station device 1 among groups divided on the basis of logical positions of their respective resources; and a L1 function unit 121 which transmits signals including control information by using the resource selected by the selection unit 232. The radio communication terminal device comprises: an acquisition unit which receives signals and acquires control information addressed to the radio communication terminal device by searching the search area of the received signals; and a communication unit which performs communication with the radio base station on the basis of the control information acquired by the acquisition unit. |
