Disclosed are paint for a color steel plate which can perform both roles of a top coat and a base coat, and a method for manufacturing a color steel plate using the same. The paint for a color steel plate according to the present invention comprises 1-10 parts by weight of non-chromium-based rust-resistant paint, 1-10 parts by weight of adhesion enhancer, and 20-50 parts by weight of organic solvent based on 100 parts by weight of polyester resin, wherein the polyester resin comprises an aromatic substituent. |
