摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make areas of a positive electrode uncoated part and a negative electrode uncoated part as small as possible and make areas of a positive electrode coated part and a negative electrode coated part as large as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A positive electrode coated part 12a in which a positive electrode active material is coated on a positive electrode metal foil 121 and an uncoated part 12b are formed on a positive electrode 12. A negative electrode coated part and an uncoated part 13b are formed on a negative electrode 13 as well. An area of the negative electrode coated part 13a is larger than an area of the positive electrode coated part 12a and a width H3 of the negative electrode uncoated part is shorter than a width H1 of the positive electrode uncoated part.
