PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trigger type liquid sprayer including a highly productive shroud producible with a metal mold with a simple structure at a high cycle.SOLUTION: A trigger type liquid sprayer is obtained by: providing on each of the inner surfaces of a pair of side walls 52 of a shroud 50, a guide rail 60 including a lateral rail part 61 projecting to a sprayer body 10 and a vertical rail part 62 perpendicularly linked to the inner end edge of the lateral rail part 61; providing on each of both side parts of the sprayer body 10, a guide groove 70 including a lateral groove 73 engaged with the lateral rail part 61 and a vertical groove 74 engaged with the vertical rail part 62, and slidably guiding the guide rail 60; and providing in the guide rail 60, an engagement projecting part 63 for undercut-engaging the guide rail 60 with a locking face 75 provided on the sprayer body 10 and firmly retaining the shroud 50 to the sprayer body 10 when the guide rail 60 reaches a stroke end position for fixing the shroud 50 to a prescribed fitting position. |
