PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which improves the reliability on heat, and an electric motor with the same.SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus (an inverter module 20) includes: a housing 21 including an accommodation part 22 surrounded by a bottom 21a and sidewalls 21b; a wiring board 23 which includes first and second faces 23x and 23y positioned oppositely to each other in a thickness direction, and is accommodated within the accommodation part of the housing 21 in the state where the first face is opposite to a bottom and separate from the bottom; an electrolytic capacitor 24a as a first electronic component mounted on the first face of the wiring board; and a semiconductor device 24b for a diode as a second electronic component which is mounted on the first face of the wiring board and of which the height in the thickness direction of the wiring board is less than that of the electrolytic capacitor. The housing includes a protrusion 51 which protrudes from the bottom to the wiring board and to which the semiconductor device for the diode is connected closer to the wiring board than a distal end of the electrolytic capacitor. |
