PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a flow passage of fluid being unable to be closed.SOLUTION: A fluid injection device comprises: a fluid container having a fluid storage section and a fluid outlet formed on the fluid storage section; a fluid pressing section being moved following a movement command and causing fluid to outflow from the fluid outlet by pressing the fluid storage section; connection piping having one end connected to the fluid outlet; a fluid injection section injecting the fluid taken in from a fluid intake port connected with the other end of the connection piping in a pulsed manner; a pressure detection section detecting a pressure in the fluid storage section; a flow passage open/close section opening and closing a flow passage in the connection piping; a pressing control section outputting the movement command in a state of the flow passage being closed and controlling a pressure in the fluid storage section such that a value of the pressure is closer to a target pressure value; a movement speed acquisition section acquiring a movement speed of the fluid pressing section; and a flow passage determination section determining the flow passage not to be closed when the movement speed after a predetermined period of time has elapsed since a difference between the value of the pressure in the fluid storage section and the target pressure value was less than a predetermined value is equal to a predetermined speed or more. |
