PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having high curing property even under a low temperature condition, excellent in storage stability, capable of adding good flexibility to a fiber as a fiber treatment agent and having excellent washing durability.SOLUTION: There is provided a silicone composition containing: 70 to 98 pts.mass of organopolysiloxane having a group represented by the general formula (1) at a molecule terminal or a side chain, (1), where Ris a bivalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a is an integer of 0 to 4, and Ris each independently a hydrogen atom, a monovalent hydrocarbon group or an acyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and at least one of group represented by Ris a hydrogen; and 2 to 30 pts.mass of (B) block polyisocyanate having two or more isocyanate groups in a molecule where 50% or more of the isocyanate group is blocked by a thermally dissociable blocking agent. |
