PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the shortage of a medium in each of a Rankine cycle and a refrigeration cycle without providing a cutoff valve or the like between the Rankine cycle and the refrigeration cycle in a configuration in which the medium and a condenser are shared between the Rankine cycle and the refrigeration cycle.SOLUTION: A Rankine cycle 31 includes a heat exchanger 36 recovering waste heat of an internal combustion engine 2 to a medium; an expansion chamber 37 generating power using the medium passing through the heat exchanger 36; a condenser 38 condensing the medium passing through the expansion chamber 37; and a refrigerant pump 32 driven by the power regenerated by the expansion chamber 37 and supplying the medium from the condenser 38 to the heat exchanger 36. On the other hand, a refrigeration cycle 51 shares the medium and the condenser 38 with the Rankine cycle 31 and includes an evaporator 55 introducing the medium from the condenser 38 and evaporating the medium. A control device includes cooling water heating means 71 performing a heating promoting operation for raising a temperature of cooling water of the internal combustion engine 2 in a case of operating the refrigeration cycle 51 in a state in which the internal combustion engine 2 is not warmed up. |
