PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply device for realizing power output from a battery of an own vehicle to outside via a booster cable without fusion cutting of a battery fuse upon connecting one end of the booster cable to a relief terminal connected to the battery of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle power supply device including a battery, a relief terminal connected to the battery, and a battery fuse provided on a line connecting the battery to the relief terminal, comprises: switching means connected to the battery fuse in parallel; detection means for detecting detachment of a cover that is detached when the relief terminal is used; and switch-on means for turning on the switching means so as to cause a short-circuit between both ends of the battery fuse if the detection means detects detachment of the cover. |
