Provided is an illumination device (2), comprising: two light source modules (3a, 3b); and a light guide body (21) which is shaped in a rod shape with light entry faces (211) on both end faces thereof in the lengthwise direction, into which light emitted respectively from the two light source modules (3a, 3b) enters. The two light source modules (3a 3b) further comprise light sources (31), and light source substrates (32) whereupon the light sources (31) are mounted. The light source substrates (32) of the two light source modules (3a, 3b) have a common configuration. |
