<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both prevention against an unnecessary action in a case of occurrence of system disturbance and high-speed detection of an independent operation of an inter-degree current injection type independent operation detection device for decentralized power source. <P>SOLUTION: An independent operation monitoring device 36 includes a first monitoring circuit 42 having a first extractor 44 which extracts an upper and a lower degree component of a harmonic component of injection degree from an interaction-point voltage Vs, a first corrector 46 which extracts a voltage Vm of injection degree, and a first determination unit 48 which compares the voltage Vm with a determination value J1 to detect independent operation of a decentralized power source, and outputs a signal D1. Further, the independent operation monitoring device 36 includes a second monitoring circuit 50 having a second extractor 52 which extracts a voltage Vp of auxiliary degree from the interaction-point voltage Vs, a second determination unit 54 which compares the voltage Vp with a determination value J2 to detect independent operation of the decentralized power source, and outputs a signal D2, and a continuation determination unit 56 which determines continuation of the signal D2 and outputs a signal D3, and also includes an AND circuit 58 which ANDs the signal D1 and D3, and outputs an independent operation detection signal DS. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
