<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioning device, which is greatly reduced in pressure loss in an air intake system from a grille partitioning a cabin from an air intake duct to the air intake port of an air conditioning unit, and which is greatly increased in an air amount introducible into the air conditioning unit. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular air conditioning device includes: the air conditioning unit 13 having an air discharge port and the air intake port, and adjusting air temperature; an air chamber 16 having the grille 14 between the cabin and the air chamber 16; and the air intake duct 12 having an air introducing port 12a in the air chamber and introducing air in the air chamber 16 to the air intake port of the air conditioning unit 13. The grille 14 has a plurality of air intake holes 17 whose total area is larger than the area of the air introducing port 12a.
