PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and the like capable of improving load followability while suppressing a fuel cost.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 includes: a first supply line for supplying a reformed gas generated from a hydrocarbon fuel; a second supply line for supplying pure hydrogen; a plurality of cell stacks 20a to 20d for generating power using the first supply line or second supply line and supplying the power to a load; a plurality of valves 12a to 12d, 13a to 13d provided on the first supply line or second supply line; and a controller 40 that selects, on the basis of load variation, either of the first supply line and second supply line and controls opening/closing of a valve corresponding to the selected supply line. |
