PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type absorbent article having an external appearance more approximate to an underwear, easy to attach and detach, excellent in fitting feeling and touch at the time of wearing, and hardly becoming stuffy at the time of wearing to be excellent in air permeability.SOLUTION: There are included: an interior body 20; and an exterior body 10 positioned on a skin noncontact surface of the interior body 20, and divided into a ventral part 11, a crotch part 13 and a back side part 12. The ventral part 11 and the back side part 12 are constituted of a composite sheet integrated by heat-sealing or ultrasonic adhering a plurality of nonwoven fabrics 14 to an elastic film 15 between the nonwoven fabrics 14. The elastic film 15 has a plurality of opening parts arranged in a zigzag shape in a plane view. The opening part has a short side of 0.1 mm-0.3 mm in the extension/contraction direction, and a long side of 0.3 mm-0.7 mm in a direction crossing the extension/contraction direction, and the opening parts adjacent to each other have a distance of 0.5 mm-1.0 mm in the extension/contraction direction, and a distance of 0.3 mm-0.7 mm in a direction crossing the extension/contraction direction. |
