PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device capable of reducing a charging loss caused by reduction of a charging current amount.SOLUTION: The charge control device charges a plurality of power storage devices by utilizing power supplied from the outside. A constant current source utilizes the power from the outside to adjust an output current amount into a fixed target value. A selection section selects one power storage device from among the plurality of power storage devices and supplies an output current of the constant current source to the one power storage device. A measurement section measures the amount of a current actually flowing from the constant current source to the one power storage device. An instruction section measures a measurement of the measurement section and, if the measurement meets a condition for determining occurrence of reduction of the charging current amount, instructs the selection section to change a supply destination of the output current of the constant current source from the one power storage device to another power storage device.
