PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable trough with a ballast stopper by which, even if it is necessary to exchange the cable trough with a railroad related construction or even when searching for a cable fault, the work can be promptly performed while preventing the cable trough from being buried by gradually deforming a ballast formed from gravel or pebble groups and depositing them on the cable trough, the work is also simplified by integrally configuring a ballast stopper structure with the cable trough, and cost can also be reduced.SOLUTION: The cable trough with the ballast stopper includes: a cable trough body 1 that is substantially U-shaped; a ballast stopper wall 4 which rises upward from any one sidewall 3 and is substantially plate-shaped; a ballast stopper wall lock piece 9 which is spliced to both side faces and an upper end face of the wall and substantially U-shaped; a pile insertion member 12 in a hollow pipe shape fitted to a rear side of the ballast stopper wall lock piece; and a cable trough fixing pile 14 including an installation part 15 which is inserted through a hollow part of the pile insertion member and installed into the ground. |
