PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work efficiency of authoring with an operation on a touch panel when a display is relatively small just like a portable terminal, or the resolution of the display is relatively high.SOLUTION: An authoring device 1 includes: authoring screen generation means 11 for generating an authoring screen including a content generation area 210 for generating a content and a tool area 220 in which a tool for executing a function for generating a source to be arranged in the content generation area 210 and the content is arranged; a touch panel 2; and display control means 14 for performing control to display a display portion determined by the operation of a user on the touch panel 2 in the authoring screen generated by the authoring screen generation means 11 in the display area of the touch panel 2. The authoring screen generation means 11 changes the enlargement rate of the authoring screen in accordance with the operation with a first configuration of the user received on the touch panel 2.
