PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube insertion method and a jig for the tube insertion method, in which when a tube is fixed to a pinch valve device, its troublesome work can be reduced and the tube can be prevented from being damaged at the time of tube insertion.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for fixing a tube 150 connected to a pipe, to a piping fixing segment of a pinch valve device having the piping fixing segment 102 passing through a disc-shape valve housing 10. This method comprises the steps: for using a fixing jig 500 integrally holding the tube 150 while internally enclosing an inserting end 152 of the tube and holding the tube under a state in which the tube is internally inserted into the fixing jig; inserting the fixing jig from the piping fixing part under a state in which the tube is integrally held; and pulling out the fixing jig to remove it from the tube after an entire length of the tube is inserted into the valve housing. |
