The present invention relates to a wired and wireless lease system for leasing a building such as a vacant apartment, house as traveler accommodations, when an owner of the property does not use the property, in order to create profit. A lease system of a building using a wired and wireless communication network comprises: a server for managing a lease building which manages a lease building information; a terminal for a lease building provider which registers an information about an owner, an address, a region, a leasing period, a price, and an additional facility of a building for rent through a wired and wireless communication network wherein the server for managing a lease building; an internet web server which provides lease building information to an internet homepage; and a user terminal for leasing building which searches an information about a region for accommodation, an accommodation period, an accommodation fee, and an additional facility of a lease building provided to the internet homepage; and a payment information server which pays accommodation fee according to the accommodation period. |
