<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine unit capable of preventing a fraudulent act to be performed by opening a door. <P>SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine unit includes: an outer frame; an inner frame that is mounted to the outer frame and holds a game board 110; an outer door openably and closably mounted to the outer frame; and an inner door openably and closably mounted to the inner frame. The Pachinko game machine unit includes two doors. At a space SI, namely an area inside the inner door, an upper tray 153 for temporarily storing game balls discharged to a game area by player's operation is provided. When accessing a board surface of the game board 110 and the upper tray 153, the outer door is opened and then the inner door is opened.
