<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of easily identifying a failure part.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a motor 63 for driving on the basis of an input signal so as to rotate rollers 61 and 62 and also outputting an output signal on the basis of drive; a determination part 92 for determining whether or not there is difference between a frequency of the input signal and a frequency of the output signal; a first counting part 93 for increasing a first count value when the determination part 92 determines that there is the difference between the frequency of the input signal and the frequency of the output signal; and a first determining part 94 for determining that the motor 63 is out of order when the first count value counted by the first counting part 93 exceeds a preset first abnormality determination value.</p> |
