<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image having a high contrast based on a refractive index distribution of a cell and obtain a fluorescent image and a differential interference image by one microscopic device. <P>SOLUTION: A microscopic device 1 according to the present invention includes: a light source that oscillates laser beam L which irradiates on a specimen S; a Wollaston prism 21 that separates the laser beam L into two deflections the directions of which are different from each other; a first object lens 22 that condenses the two deflections into two alienated points of the specimen S; a second object lens 24 that converts the two deflections having transmitted the specimen S into a parallel light; a corner cube 25 that retro-reflects the two deflections having passed the second object lens 24; and a polarizer 20 in which the laser beam L incident on the Wollaston prism 21 is converted into linear polarization and the two deflections retro-reflected by the corner cube 25 and having transmitted the specimen S are interfered with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
