precoding a signal using a matrix for precoding; mapping the precoded signal to resource elements; and transmitting the mapped signal to a user equipment (UE), wherein the matrix for precoding is calculated on a basis of a matrix for horizontal antennas of the base station and a matrix for vertical antennas of the base station, wherein the matrices for the horizontal antennas and the vertical antennas respective have cyclic delay values. |
