A method and device for closing a background application of a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal. The method comprises the following steps: presetting a detection time period of a background application in a mobile terminal; when the detection time period ends, acquiring the actual running time of the background application of the mobile terminal; and when the running time of the background application is longer than or equal to a preset threshold, closing the background application. The device is provided for implementing the above method. The mobile terminal comprises the device for implementing the above method. |
