This electronic apparatus is provided with: a hollow case (10); a circuit board (30), which is assembled to the inside of the case, and which constitutes an electronic circuit with an electronic component mounted thereon; a shield member (40, 140, 240), which is assembled to the inside of the case, and which protects the circuit board; and a moisture proof filler (50) that is applied to the inside of the case so as to seal the circuit board and the shield member. The shield member has: a tilted surface (41A, 141AA, 141AB, 242A) that is tilted with respect to a horizontal plane that becomes horizontal when the moisture proof filler is cured; and communication sections (41B-41E), which are continuous to the tilted surface, and which communicate spaces on both the sides, said spaces sandwiching the shield member. |
