CUTTLEFISH INK POWDER AND FORMATION THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To use cuttlefish ink as a coloring means, and to form cuttlefish ink powder usable for coloring. CONSTITUTION:The objective cuttlefish ink powder can be obtained by trimming cuttlefish ink as a coloring means so as to be <6mum in particle size and <=8wt.% in moisture content. The other objective cuttlefish ink powder can be obtained by pulverizing into ultrafine powder under such conditions as to be <=80 deg.C and <=8wt.% in the moisture content cuttlefish ink dried to <=8wt.% in the moisture content under such a condition as to be <=80 deg.C.
