<p>PURPOSE: To eject a printed sheet of paper securely without damaging it by ejecting the printed paper using a sliding movement of a pusher. CONSTITUTION: A printed sheet of paper, after printed, is moved toward the inlet 13 of panels 1 and 2 and then is transported into the panels with the transportation rollers 3 and 4. At this time, a pusher 17 is located at the back end of guide channels 15 and 16 and the printed paper 11 is located in front of the pusher 17. A motor 23 is activated to rotate a pinion 22 through gears 24 and 25 and bevel gears 27 and 28 which results in a movement of a rack gear member 20. While the pusher is moved toward the exit 14 through the guide channels 15 and 16 by the rack gear member 20, the pusher 17 pushes the printed paper 11, which is located in front of the pusher, out of the exit 14. After the printed paper 11 is ejected, the motor 23 is controlled to rotate in the reverse direction to return the pusher to the initial position.</p> |
