<p>PURPOSE:To improve chargeability, uniformity of charge distribution, mechanical strength and adhesive strength with a core by using a resin solution which has a specific solution viscosity at the time of feeding to a resin coating device as a coating resin. CONSTITUTION:In the resin sticking process to coat with the resin 0.05-5.0wt.% to weight of a carrier core material, the resin solution having 6-60cP solution viscosity is used as the coating resin. The temp. in the device to coat with the resin is 60-140 deg.C. In this way, sticking property is improved by regulating the coating resin solution viscosity to the specific range. The reason is considered that the more the coating resin is diluted with the solvent, the more the solution viscosity is decreased and wettability of the resin to the surface of the core material is improved. Concerning wettability, when coating resin solution viscosity becomes to <=6cP, uniformity of sticking property is not improved or sticking property to the carrier core material is decreased in the contrary to increase sticking quantity to the inner wall of the device by a process condition or the like.</p> |
