The holder (76) has a holder sealing element (140) for sealing the sealing element holder with respect to an inner wall surface (144) of a trocar sleeve of a surgical sealing system. The sealing element is designed in form of a flange projecting from the holder in a radial direction, where the holder is designed for detachable connection with the trocar sleeve. The sealing element is formed as a single piece with the holder, and is deformable elastically in sections. A sealing formed at the sealing element is made of elastomer.
