The spinning wheel is intended for recreation. It has enhanced functional capabilities with regard to the cabin movement. It includes a vertical stand (1), on which a carrying frame (2) is shafted, connected through a gear (4) with an engine (5). The horizontal axes (6) of the carrying frame (2) holds shafted carriers (7), whose ends (8) are parallel to the axes (6). The ends (8) hold shafted carriers (9) with fastened to them cabins (3) for people. Each carrier has a base (10) with a statically affixed conical cog wheel (11), affixed with the cog crown (13) onto a shaft (12). The second cog crown (14) of the shaft (12) is attached to a central cog wheel (15), statically affixed to the stand (1).<IMAGE>
