PURPOSE:To provide a biaxially stretched polyamide film excellent in slipperiness and improved in transparency and antistatic properties. CONSTITUTION:At least one surface of a nonstretched polyamide film or a monoaxially stretched polyamide film stretched in the longitudinal direction thereof is coated with a 0.1 to 10wt.% aq. soln. of a polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ether. The coated film is then stretched to obtain a surface-coated polyamide film having a coating layer thickness of 0.002mum to 0.2mum, a dynamic friction coefficient of at most 0.5 on the side of the coated surface, a haze of at most 5.0%, and a distance of at most 15mm as measured in an ashing test. Alternatively, a biaxially stretched film may be coated with the above aq. soln. |
