本发明系揭露一种有机发光二极体结构，包含：基板；第一导电层及导电衬垫，分别设置于基板上；有机发光层，设置于第一导电层上且具有复数侧，其中复数侧分别具有至少一凹陷区及凸出区；以及第二导电层，设置于有机发光层上。有机发光层之凸出区覆盖部分之导电衬垫，且第二导电层经由有机发光层之凹陷区以及该有机发光层之部分之该凸出区而覆盖导电衬垫，使得第二导电层电性连接导电衬垫。; a first conductive layer and a conductive pad disposed on the substrate respectively; an organic emitting layer disposed on the first conductive layer and having a plurality of sides having at least one recess area and protrusion area respectively; and a second conductive layer disposed on the organic emitting layer. The protrusion area of the organic emitting layer covers a portion of the conductive pad, and the second conductive layer covers the conductive pad through both the recess area of the organic emitting layer and the partial protrusion area of the organic emitting layer, whereby the second conductive layer electrically connects the conductive pad.
