<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method of a secondary metabolite by using a new culture method by which the new secondary metabolite production ability of a screening strain can be extracted, and to provide a cultured product.SOLUTION: The screening method of a secondary metabolite includes culturing microorganisms containing mycolic acid in a cell wall, and at least one test bacterium in combination, and confirming whether a secondary metabolite is contained in the culture liquid or not. The cultured product is obtained by accumulating a secondary metabolite in a culture liquid.</p> |
