<p>A radio base station (10) has a scheduling unit (13) and a control unit (12). The radio base station (10) communicates with a radio terminal (20). The scheduling unit (13) executes a scheduler function to allocate an uplink radio resource to the radio terminal (20). When a radio resource allocation request is received from the radio terminal (20), the control unit (12) causes the scheduling unit to execute the scheduler function. If the scheduling unit has failed to perform the uplink radio resource allocation, then the control unit (12) causes the scheduling unit (13) to retry the scheduler function.</p> |
