The method involves attaching a fixing dome (3) of hardenable material on a component (1). The fixing dome is hardened on the component. A connecting element is guided by another component (2), the former component and partially by the fixing dome. The hardenable material is implemented such that it is cohesively adhered on the former component. The hardenable material is provided as plastic, particularly a thermoplastic plastic. The connecting element is provided as a screw.
