The rotary IC engine for improving the lubrication of the contacting surface at the combustion chamber, the wear resistance, the gas sealing ability, comprises a housing cylinder (4) having a radius of R4 from the center of rotary shaft (1), an eccentric rotor (3) rotating around the eccentric shaft (2), four pieces of rotors (5) and rotor caps (12) divided into four equal parts from the center; four divided chambers enclosed by both side casings for continuously sealing the gas. The sum total of R3 of a rotor connecting piece (6) and R2 of the rotor, is equal to R4 of the housing cylinder (4), and the rotor connecting piece is always contacted with the rotor.
