An oil level regulating apparatus (1) includes a valve unit (A) and a solenoid unit (B). The valve unit (A) includes a housing (2) having an inflow hole (20), an outflow hole (21), and a leak hole (22), a partition (3) separating the outflow hole (21) and the leak hole (22), defining a valve chamber (R) close to the outflow hole (21), and having a partition continuous hole (30), a valve (4) dividing the valve chamber (R) into an introduction chamber (Ra) and a pressure chamber (Rb) and having a valve continuous hole (400), and a valve biasing member (50) biasing the valve (4). The solenoid unit (B) has a shaft (612) configured to open and close a leak channel (L2). The shaft (612) can open and close the leak channel (L2) on the downstream side of the pressure chamber (Rb). When the shaft (612) closes the leak channel (L2), the valve (4) is switched to a closed valve state of closing the outflow hole (21). |
