<p>PURPOSE:To surely execute demolishing and removing works for refractory and remaining iron at the narrow part of a tapping runner by mounting a remaining iron cutting device, a refractory demolishing device and demolished waste removing device on one set of a travelling truck to constitute a preparing device. CONSTITUTION:The remaining iron cutting device 17, refractory demolishing device 25 and demolished waste removing device 32 are mounted on one set of the travelling truck 11 to constitute the preparing device 10 for tapping runner 13. A diamond cutter 23 in the remaining iron cutting device 17 is pushed to a remaining iron stuck part F and rotated and shifted, and the remaining iron F is cut in the three dimensions and hung out from the tapping runner 13 with a lifting magnet. Further, a rotary drum 29 with a conical bit in the refractory demolishing device 25 is pushed to the bottom surface and both inside surfaces of the tapping runner 13 and driven three- dimensionally to execute demolishing work of the refractory 13b. Successively, a scraping rotary brush 37 and a sucking-in rotary brush 41 in the demolished waste removing device 32 are abutted on the bottom surface of the iron tapping runner 13 and the demolished waste of the refractory 13b is scraped to a suction box 35 and discharged to the outside of the tapping runner 13 through a suction pipe 43.</p> |
