PURPOSE:To automate various operations of a tire vulcanizer by a method wherein the tire vulcanizer, a green tire carrying in conveyor, and a postcure inflator (PIC) are successively provided, and a loader which carries a green tire into the vulcanizer and an unloader which transfers it from the vulcanizer to the PIC are provided. CONSTITUTION:A green tire carrying in conveyor 2, a vulcanized tire-carrying out conveyor 3, and a PCI are provided successively after the tire vulcanizer 1. A green tire is transferred with the carrying in conveyor 2, ascends by being held with a loader 7, and stands by. The PCI 4 discharges the vulcanized tire to the carrying out conveyor 3 at specific time before completion of vulcanization and completes preparation for acceptance. Thereafter, the tire vulcanizer raises a top force, and the vulcanized tire is carried to a center of the PCI 4 with the unloader 10. Then, after delivering the green tire to the vulcanizer 1 with the loader 7, the loader returns to a standing-by position. The unloader 10, after delivering the vulcanized tire to the PCI, is shrinked to come in a standing-by state. |
