CONSTITUTION:A transmission and reception means 11 an 12 to transmit and to receive ultrasonic signals in the interval to the diagnosis part, extraction means 40, 42 and 60-63 to extract Doppler signals caused by the blood flow at the designated range gate position from reception signals and a spectrum operation means 64 to operate the Doppler spectrum consisting of spectrum at each instant based on the Doppler signals are set up. A spectrum processing means 70 to averaging-process along the time direction on frequency component for each plurality of the Doppler spectra within a constant time width and a spectrum display means 30-32 to display the processed result are provided.
