PURPOSE:To improve yield strength by making the edges of projecting side rolls engaging at both edges of a web or the edges of a press die a R shape, making the edges of a recessed side roll, etc., a straight shape, and performing a corrugation work to manufacture a full-web corrugated H-shape steel. CONSTITUTION:In a H-shape steel 20, a corrugation 23 is formed over the whole length of the height of a web 22, so that a full-web corrugated H-shape steel 24 is constituted. This full-web corrugated H-shape steel 24 is obtained by subjecting a H-shape steel 24 previously manufactured to a roll forming or a press forming by a rolling method to the web of. A corrugation is formed from the root of the web part by making a roll on the valley side a flat corrugated roll, and making a shape provided with a bending R at a corner only on the mount part side. Further, a corrugating is formed over the whole height of the web in a gentle shape. Consequently, an appearance and yield strength are excellent, and a rolling load is reduced to prolong the service life of a forming roll and to reduce weight. |
