PURPOSE:To obtain a device to be fitted to a spoke of a wheel of a bicycle, which always generates power and emits light with a generating device and a pendulum (weight) at the time of travelling of a bicycle at night without using a dry battery, and a method for generating the electric power. CONSTITUTION:A transmission gear 3 is provided in a power generating device 4, to which a light emitting diode 5 is wire-connected, and a pendulum 1 (weight) 1 is provided on the same axis as a speed increasing gear 2, and they are incorporated into a case 7. This case 7 is fitted to a spoke of a bicycle by a spoke fitting hardware 8 provided in the case 7. |
