摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To accomplish stable operation by taking in the rotation of a generator as a speed signal in every predetermined cycle so as to compare it with a speed signal in N cycles before, outputting a speed output signal if a deviation is within the set range, while renewing speed signals previous to (N+n) cycles if a deviation is out of the set range and using the speed signal N cycles before as an output signal. CONSTITUTION:In a flow of a speed governing control processing program, a speed signal F detected by a speed detector is inputted so as to be outputted to a speed controller, and a speed output signal is outputted. In inputting process, the speed signal F outputted from the speed detector is read and stored as a speed signal FS, and then, the speed signal FS is compared with a speed signal present value FO, which is a data in the previous cycle, and if they are different from each other, a value in a speed signal previous value first step F1 is stored in the speed signal previous value second step F2. The value of the present value FO is stored in the speed signal previous value first step F1, and the speed signal FS is stored in the present value FO. In this way, renewal is carried out and stable operation is performed.</p>
