<p>PURPOSE:To provide a screw type aeration machine low in entanglement of waste yarn, hair, etc., to a blade of the screw. CONSTITUTION:In this aeration machine consisting of a driving power machine for rotating, a hollow shaft 3 transferring rotation and the screw 4 mounting one or plural blades, the shaft diameter is varied near the blade of the screw part. In this way, since a reparation of flow is generated near the root of the screw, a main flow part does not flow near the root of the screw, so the entanglement is low. Moreover, since an unsteady-state vortex of a separated flow passes near the root of the screw, waste yarn, etc., entangled to the root can be removed.</p> |
