<p>PURPOSE:To produce the solidifying material with which soft soil. etc., can be solidified into lightweight soil used for ground improvement, embankment, back fill materials, etc., and a muddy material such as sludge, etc., can be converted into useful soil by mixing a cement based solidifying agent and a threshing waste such as chaff, etc., together. CONSTITUTION:This production has three features: (A) firstly, mixing a cement based solidifying material and a threshing waste such as chaff, etc., together; (B) secondly, using a ground threshing waste as the threshing waste in (A); and (C) thirdly, grinding the threshing waste such as chaff, etc., together with cement clinker in the same equipment as the cement clinker grinding equipment in the process for grinding the cement clinker. By the first feauture (A), the chaff (or the like) is hardly scattered since it is mixed beforehand and therefore, an accurate mix proportion can be obtained. By the second feature (B), the separation of the cement based solidifying material and the chaff (or the like) from each other material can be inhibited to obtain a hardened material having a fine structure and therefore obtain improved mechanical characteristics such as shear strength, etc. By the third feature (C), the objective solidifying material can be produced in a factory for producing a conventional cement based solidifying material without drastically changing the equipments of the factory.</p> |
