The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for post-processing a color board, wherein a medium density fiberboard (MDF) color board having excellent permeability and waterproofness is automatically manufactured continuously through a series of continuous processes. To this end, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: a feeding part installed at one side of a loading part to be driven in one direction and the other direction in order to feed MDF color boards loaded on the loading part one by one in a front direction; a paint spraying unit installed at the front of the feeding part to spray a paint supplied by a paint supply part to the surface of the transferred MDF color board; a transfer part for paint permeation installed at one side of the paint spraying part to allow the paint sprayed to the surface of the MDF color board to permeate the MDF color board at a room temperature during the transfer; a drying part installed at one side of the transfer part for paint permeation to use a heating member for drying to heat and dry the paint-permeated and transferred MDF color board during the transfer; and a cooling part installed at one side of the drying part to use cooling air supplied by a cooling fan to cool the heated and dried MDF color board for packaging. |
