PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition improved in stability while retaining practically useful such properties as pot life and curability, enabling a formed coating film to exhibit excellent such properties as finishing properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance and strength.SOLUTION: The curable composition includes (L) a dispersion containing (a) a polyol compound, (b) a surfactant and (d) water, (M) an isocyanate compound and (N) cement, wherein (a1) a polyol compound having a hydroxy group and an amino group, and (b1) a nonionic surfactant are contained as (a) the polyol compound and (b) the surfactant, respectively. |
