<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately move an antifouling panel member to the attaching position thereof, and to facilitate installation work of the panel member. <P>SOLUTION: When forming an antifouling panel (10) to a wall surface of an open channel 102, rail members 36 are lined and attached to the wall surface of the open channel 102 first. Then, an antifouling panel member 12 is mounted on the rail member 36 and the antifouling panel member 12 is attached to a traction wire 70. Then, the antifouling panel member 12 is slid along the rail member 36 and moved to a prescribed attaching position by pulling it by the traction wire 70. Then, when the plurality of antifouling panel members 12 reach the respective attaching positions by repeating that, the adjacent antifouling panel members 12 are connected to each other and anchored to the wall surface of the open channel 102 keeping the state of mounting the antifouling panel members 12 on the rail members 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
