<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a welded part by fitting the resin such as silicone rubber to an end part of a non-formed pipe to be inserted into an expanded sheath to prevent generation of metallic powder during the assembly. SOLUTION: In a weld joint structure of a gas insulated transmission line sheath, when a non-formed sheath 2 is inserted into an expanded sheath 1 for assembly, the resin such as silicone rubber is fitted to the end part of the insetting sheath 2. In this structure, no metallic powder is generated even when the sheathes 1, 2 are collided with each other. When the non-formed sheath 2 is inserted in the expanded sheath 1 to weld a connection part, the welding filter metal which is melted after the welding is inserted in the gap to realize the structure in which no defective welds are generated. Alternatively, a pressing ring is fitted to the outer circumference of the expanded sheath 1 to forcibly realize a gapless structure.</p> |
