PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a roller having a thin film with a smooth face electrostatically controllable for a long time and superior film strength and various charging properties by molding a urethane acrylic resin film containing a specified weight % of acrylic resin and a foam of isocyanate compound respectively and integrating these components into one piece. SOLUTION: A resin film 3 containing a urethane deformed acrylic resin or a water resin containing 5-80wt.% of an acrylic resin component is formed and cured on the inner peripheral face of a cylindrical mold without secants on the cylindrical inner peripheral face. Next, a mixture of a chemical compound containing at least, two active hydrogen atoms and a chemical compound with at least, two isocyanate groups, and additives such as a catalyst and a foam sizing agent, is mechanically stirred to generate and obtain a foam 2. Further, the foam is injected into a mold, so that the resin film 3 and the foam 2 are integrated into a single form, and the foam thus cured is extracted from the mold. |
